Sorry Greg, I stayed up until 3 AM the other night trying to upload a version I like to Youtube , left it processing until the next morning, then was told it was too long. I'd be the wrong one to ask if he's using a pick... all I can tell you is Phil studied guitar in college and thought he was the only one in the band who understood music, so a pick seems likely :-)
