I recently purchased some of your transcriptions, really well done. I really enjoyed the one of Think(Blues Brothers) and the Weight by The Band. I was wondering if one day I could find among your transcriptions Further on up the Road , the version that is heard in The Last Waltz by The Band . Thank

Hi Gianantonio, Thank you very much for your purchases, kind words and you request :) I just had a listen to your request, and I'm adding it to the list. Funny thing, as I was watching and listening to the song on YouTube, I could see that what I was hearing from the bass wasn't matching up with what Rick Danko was playing. So either there was a 2nd bass player on stage that night, or there was some overdubs after the fact. At any rate, I'm sure I can pick out the bass line from the recording and transcribe it for you. Hello Greg, thanks. I cannot see any other bass player ( should be really well hidden somewhere in the stage). I'm not an expert,and who knows I'm asking a stupid question, could it be possible that Rick Danko has a bass tuned differently than the standard?

Hi Giantonio, It's more a matter of his fingers aren't matching what the sound is. In one spot I could hear the bass line "walking", but on the video he's playing single notes. It's okay though, as I don't transcribed from what I see, but from what I hear...no worries :)
